Once Again

I’ve placed 3-4 orders within the past 2mths or so and my First order had items missing, I accepted what was offered just to not be a bothersome buyer. My 3 or 4th order came in and BAM Once Again items were MISSING and they were the items I had looked forward to using most. The online chat refused to give me the Customer Service contact # so I went searching for it and called myself only to be told the office was closed and would reply on Monday. The next day Saturday morning I get an email asking me to provide Once Again the order # ( which I had given to the representative I spoke to the day before) and the email wanted me to provide pictures of the items and pink envelope they came in. I’ve PAID for my items and only want to be treated as though my concerns matter. I pray for the Success of Mink Hair and all that are involved with its maintenance and I Pray that my concern is handelnd with high priority. Thank you
