Excellent customer service

I bought five of these pens because I truly have faith in their defensive capabilities. One of them took a three foot fall and writing with the ink cartridge became spotty. Customer support (the human kind not the AI that runs things after hours) was very understanding and sent me these upgraded ink cartridges for free. These are fantastic so far. Writing with them is effortless. Just be sure to follow the instructions on their site when replacing.
