I made an error on the original order and had to send something back. They responded quickly and respectfully and were able to process my return and send out the correct order. I purchase from loose packs because of the authenticity and the quality of the product. I paid over market for an evolving skies booster box and it arrived in terrible condition. The corners are all dented, the wrapper has a scratch that looks like it is going to tear open if anyone touches it. I am very disappointed in the quality of this order. It’s nothing like the prior orders I’ve purchase from loose packs.
