Peanut Brittle

Delicious peanut brittle. The only problem is that the delivered box had ants crawling inside. It seems that during packaging, some of the brittle syrup must have spilled in the box, leaving a sticky residue that attracted the ants. Since the jars were sealed properly, it did not affect the quality of the inside contents, but opening the box was definitely a surprise.

I had ordered the three container combination before and totally enjoyed all three choices, the regular peanuts, the chocolate covered and the brittle. My wife especially enjoyed the brittle, so I ordered another container as an extra gift for Mother's Day - she's been enjoying it!
