Lecithin Phosphatidyl Choline For Cholesterol Levels

I have been using Young Again products for decades. I believe that I owe much to them since I am a very healthy 72 year old male. The one thing I really appreciate is that they never recommend mega-doses of anything. They only recommend the researched minimum or daily requirements of everything they sell. My health is not the result of ultra workouts or trying to be young and beating the clock. I am just an average person, walking 3 miles aggressively every day that I can, non-smoker, non-drinker and no recreational drugs. I basically live a life of moderation and not deprivation. Young Again has been a large part of my health regimen. I highly recommend them.
