Great product!

Pros: It’s a beautiful and well made bag. I got one for my husband but now I’m thinking of getting one for myself. It fits a big laptop easily but also looks good when emptier (which is rare, many backpacks look less nice when empty). Padding provides very good support when bag is heavy - though we will need to see if the padding softens over time. We removed the hip belt for city use but the belt looks sturdy and good. Cons: The front flap is designed to be a little too short, though in some ways it stops us from overloading that compartment. The buckles are also a little stiff and takes a while to release/ attach, if getting quick access is important for you. Overall: No regrets on our purchase!
