Great quality. Just as described and pictured. From time of order to delivery, it was 15 days. A little longer than anticipated, but reasonable knowing it’s a customized product.

The ornament was a hit. I was nervous about not getting any notification about anything except that my order was received. I had to email shortly before Christmas to find out anything. I was afraid I wouldn't get the ornament on time . Thankfully the person it was for, I didn't see until after Christmas.
