I’ve been using the red light panel max for over a month as part of my daily wellness routine and I absolutely love it. I chose the bracket so that I can use it in a more therapeutic capacity before bed. I lie 10 minutes face down and 10 minutes face up. I could only see say it improves the quality of my sleep dramatically as well as waking up with less aches and pains overall the quality of the product and the customer service has been exceptional and I’m really happy that I made the purchase especially grabbing a deal on Black Friday.
