Finally got it!

It appears the post office sat on my package for awhile but I have now received it and have placed it in a Winnie the Pooh with a beautiful song for my 1 year old grandson. Wonderful! Sound is Great!

These are the best little products and make the best inserts for gifts. I had to contact support once because it suddenly stopped working and am blown away by their personal and professional attention that solved my issue within a day (battery issue). The sound can be adjusted as needed by the controls of what is exported from the device - I’ve been able to level it to sound clear and not too loud once in the stuffed animal-simple and perfect. Highly recommend and will continue to purchase these to add to my stuffed animal gifts.
