I had been reading a little about the importance of the microbiome in the mouth (and I thought it was only a gut health thing!) so I decided to give it a go and start using the Moo Goo moothwash and although I haven't analysed it scientifically, I do find I like the clean fresh feeling in my mouth after using it. Compared to all the other mouthwash products that contain alcohol and taste very metal and chemical, this one tastes simply clean and I feel a lot more comfortable and safe with the ingredients in Moo Goo. I did a quick test with the Yuka app for approval of ingredients and it came up with 100% go ahead and buy it and use it.
