I ordered the Maria dress for my brother’s engagement, and the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. After placing my order, I never received a confirmation email or order number. I had to locate my order through the Shop app myself. I emailed the business to ask for an update on my order but received no response. A week later, I followed up with another email—again, no reply. It wasn’t until I sent a third email expressing my frustration and confusion that I finally received a response. By that point, my event had already passed. In their reply, they apologised and offered to send me a complimentary dress of my choice. I selected the Esme dress, but after waiting another couple of weeks, I still hadn’t received any updates. I emailed them again and was ignored once more. Only after sending another email stating that the business seemed unprofessional did I receive a dispatch notification—just five minutes later. It was incredibly frustrating that it took multiple unanswered emails and a complaint before any action was taken. I have now received both dresses, but unfortunately, the quality was just as disappointing as the customer service. The Maria dress is extremely thick and heavy and the complimentary Esme dress arrived with a black stain on the white fabric. Overall, this was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I won’t be purchasing from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Unfortunately, the color of the dress does not match what was advertised. I also had a disappointing experience with customer service. When I tried to address the color discrepancy, instead of resolving the issue, the company blocked me on social media. It feels like they were more interested in silencing feedback than being transparent with their customers!!!

The material is absolutely amazing and not like other materials this feels very soft and nice on the skin . Very elegant!!
