I have only completed one piece using this method but think I let the slip dry too much or didn't allow newsprint to adhere properly to the mug I was using..will persevere and try again...think it will be a great process once I tackle it properly!

Very clear directions and demonstration. I still don't understand how a layer of slip on top of underglaze applied then to a mug allows the colored underglaze to transfer . It seems like the slip would provide a barrier
