Doesn't have a scent when melted

I bought 2 of this scent.(oatmeal cookie)I have to have 2 of same scent to give off a nice scent. The oatmeal cookie is a true oatmeal cookie smell and smells amazing. With that being said I did notice that after candles burn down about 4 hours or more that the scent starts to strengthen. This was my third purchase trying to get a decent throw. Strawberry Shortcake, pineapple pound cake are very, very lightly scented. It’s hit or miss with these candles and their scents. They do burn clean I will say.Going for Creme brûlée and almond danish next.
