4.5' Section Kit (V4) - 36"

We used a metal cutting blade for our miter saw. As you can see, all the cut edges are rough, rusting, and there are areas that are very sharp. I feel like the directions should have more information on cutting down the panels properly to help prevent these type of things from happening. The railing looks good from a distance, but the quality after cutting the sections is subpar. I am sadly disappointed.

There was an initial mistake with my order, which they corrected immediately. I then made a couple mistakes myself making cuts, and once again customer service was one of the best experiences I’ve had; they were quick to respond to every issue I had. They went above and beyond my expectations. I had to customize our rail to fit what we wanted, basically we wanted to “L” our rail. Worked out great. Rail is modern looking, sleek, very sturdy, and for the most part very easy to customize and assemble. Would definitely recommend and buy again.
