Love the shoes, but they ran smaller than the pair I owned. Needed a larger size.

Love the shoes. However, I have one other pair that are similar to these so I felt safe ordering them online in the same size as these so I shoes I have. As it turns out, these run a bit smaller. Since they were on sale, I am unable to exchange them for a larger size. I am hoping they will stretch a bit after I wear them. I have not worn them yet as they are snug with socks. Wish there was an option for an exchange from a size 40 to a size 41.

Thes booties are perfect. Flexible sole, warm soft pile lining, beautiful exterior, stylish. I walked all over in them all day out of the box. Love these boots. Highly recommend.
