The Ultimate Circadian Sidekick. Most nightlights are working against you. White and blue-tinted bulbs tell your brain it's still daytime — tanking melatonin right when you need it most. This one's different. Amber light sits at 1600K — the closest thing to candlelight your outlet can produce. It's the spectrum your body actually recognizes

GREAT NIGHTLIGHTS - CIRCADIAN FRIENDLY
I purchased the Amber and Red nightlights and they are both so helpful. You can turn them off, turn them on, or have them automatically turn on when you are nearby. They work great and are so helpful for illuminating a small area with just enough light that you can see and are not jarring blue light, allowing you to maintain your circadian rhythm. I highly recommend them and am considering purchasing more for our home.
