Poor customer service

My order was shipped to my old address. As soon as I made the order I realized my phone put in the old address. I immediately called and texted customer service. No phone answer left a message. Auto text response. 2 days later I got a notice my item was delivered to wrong address. I contacted them again, they said too bad.
