Bixpy K-1 Outboard Kit

Awesome little motor for my inflatable Kayak. I only wish I had of purchased the different screen cover for the propellor to help keep the reeds out. i have been out twice now and have had reeds get tangled up in the propellor both times.. Its is something Im sure I will be purchasing in the future. Other then that I really enjoy the Bikpy K1 Motor

Great lightweight motor but can definitely be better!

Great little motor! Super light weight and easy to install. My biggest complaint is the battery pack. I wish the magnetic power switch was on the same end as the connector ports. The power cable isn’t long enough to reach under my seat so I bungee it inside my cargo crate. It would be nice to mount the battery so the ports are all upright as well as the magnetic connector. I’m running it on a Vibe Makana and the cable rubs the back of the kayak when mounted on the Versa Rudder. I feel like over time, the cable will wear through and I’ll be paying big bucks for a new motor as the cable is integrated into the motor. I’m not sure if this is a common issue with other brands of kayaks. Also, I feel like the price is a bit too high for for what’s included.
