Always feel confident ordering from JCs Wildlife knowing I’ll get a quality product and the squirrel chair feeder is no exception. This is the sixth feeder I’ve purchased and they’re all holding up very well. As for customer service, I was sent, by accident, the chair beer can/candle holder instead of the feeder. They look the same but with the exception of screws to mount the chair and corn. A quick call to customer service and the correct item was on its way as well as a treat for the squirrels!
