Much smaller flakes and bags than anticipated and smaller quantity

Much smaller flakes and bags than anticipated. In other reviews it was pointed out that the size bags and amount of product is not specified in the product description. I decided to order anyway. I ordered two bags and received two 1 gallon ziplock bags that you buy at the grocery and they were about 3/4 full of shavings, not packed in tight, that I could buy at the pet store for a fraction of the cost.

Outstanding timely products

Outstanding service. Received order in a timely manner. Filled new bird house and hung it up as instructed for the beautiful Northern Flicker. Saw 2 flying around for a couple of days. Nesting-throwing some of the chips out their opening. Yesterday starting feeding the babies. Everything is exactly what they needed for a successful breeding. We love these beautiful birds and their tweeting babies. Cheers

Last year we purchased an owl house from JCS Wildlife--2 weeks later a screech owl moved in! He's back again this year--we love him being part of our back yard. We recently replaces the pine shavings. JCW Wildlife is a wonderful resource and makes safe products for wildlife.
