Parcel was crushed and folded on arrival. Insufficiently packed for International transit. Parcel was so damaged it was unsalvageable. Following email request from me for refund - not replacement - poor communication from seller indicated canvas replaced but no shipping details provided. I have no idea if it has actually been replaced. In any case, I did NOT want a replacement as I have no faith in the seller to dispatch a well packed canvas. Very disappointed and would not recommend this seller. ***UPDATE*** The replacement canvas arrived today. As i feared, it has been crushed and creased in transit due to the completely unsuitable packaging used once again. This company lack a badic understanding of packing for international logistics. How can they expect a canvas to arrive in goof condition if it isn’t suitably packed? The monimum packaging should be a cardboard roll around the canvas, insude a padded envelope. Once again, I have requested a refund. Avoid this company.
