Great toner🌟

Have been using this for about 2 years now & it’s a great toner that really helps to get rid of dead skin cells which clears the surface of the skin. I have dry skin & this does not dry it out . It definitely helps my skin to look brighter! I use both morning and night after cleansing before I apply my serum.
