Terrible customer service. After day 6 of my items not being shipped (ordered gift wrapping Dec 10) I emailed Goth and explained the package won’t arrive on time to cancel my order. Frustrated because it was something special I said, man it’s the 21st century you guys need to get with it. Monday 11:30am I get a snarky reply and that they shipped.. they obviously got me email and shipped anyways. I request for a return label. They reply saying USPS is slow because of the holidays.. what?? I again say at this point I just want to return the items. I received the package Dec 21st just as USPS promised. Submitted a return request and lo and behold at 7:20am that next morning I get a reply! Declined return request. This company is not worth spending your money on. They don’t back their products or support their customers. They claim it’s a final sale item and no returns. No where in the items page dose it display Final Sale Item No Return
