Concern About the Quality of My Order

I purchased cookware from Our Place on November 28 as a Christmas gift for my mother, and I have to say that I am very disappointed with the quality. After seeing the products myself and speaking with my mother, there are several issues I would like to bring to your attention. First, the paint is starting to come off partially around each pot. Also, the pan causes omelettes and crepes to stick in the middle, even when used properly. I also find that the cookware always looks dirty or greasy, even after being washed. This is very disappointing, especially considering that it was a Christmas gift and I expected better quality from your brand.
