A very functional and practical bench. At this price point, you would be hard pressed to find a better bench. It does everything I need it to do. Feels very stable. Good dimensions (for reference, I am 6'). Adjustments are easy. Looks nice. Maneuverable. If I had to nit pick it, I wonder about the durability of the seat. The roll portion of the seat has no rigid support, which makes for a comfortable seat, but I can see that being a wear point. Also a very slight wiggle in the shin bars. When flat, there is a decent gap between the seat and the back, which is expected with an adjustable bench. None of that bothers me enough to knock it. It's a good bench.

CF Adjustable Bench 3.0 - A Perfect Fit

The bench I've been waiting for. I first heard of CF a few years back. I've been waiting for the time when I had space to start adding CF gear to my home gym. The time is now. I started with the bench to see how that was, not disappointed. Actually a little disappointed, I didn't go with my first choice of colors. I wanted the orange but went for the red instead. Should have stuck with my first choice. One minor issue is that there aren't rubber protectors covering the top of the cross support at the head of the bench. Doing back dumbbell lifts while lying on the elevated bench means I have to set the weights down on the cross member. I'll find something to add there to protect the painted surface. But that's it. Otherwise it's a solid, comfortable, bench that's long enough for my 6'5" 225lbs frame. It's easy to assemble and only took a few minute. The wheels are placed just right and roll smoothly. The bench has just enough weight to it so it feels solid but not to heavy to move around.
