I had a mixed experience with this purchase. The shipping was very fast, and the product arrived sooner than I expected. I originally thought I had ordered the wrong size, so I emailed customer service three separate times asking if it could be changed before shipping. Unfortunately, I never received a single response, which was very disappointing. Ironically, when the product arrived, the original size I had ordered ended up fitting me perfectly, so everything worked out in the end. The product and shipping deserve high marks, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. Responding to customer inquiries should be a priority.
