After receiving a damaged change table due to transit, Brooke contacted me straight away and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She even responded to my late-night email and organised for a brand new change table to be shipped the very next day. Throughout the entire process she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring in making sure everything was sorted quickly. It has truly been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I have also purchased the matching chest of drawers and cot, which are absolutely gorgeous and amazing quality. The furniture is beautifully made and exactly what I was hoping for. I would absolutely recommend this company - not only is the furniture beautiful, but the level of customer care is exceptional.

It’s the most beautiful change table, a real statement piece in my nursery. I love that there’s so much storage and it matches perfectly with my Zali Cot.
