IDA Rise Turf

A huge fan!

Have played soccer for 40+ years and needed new outdoor field turf shoes. Decided to give these beautiful IDA shoes a try after seeing their booth at the women’s World Cup in Australia last summer. I’m a convert!! They’re awesome. On first try on, the right shoe had a couple hot spots where I bend my toes, but I wore them around the house for a few hours and they loosened up to feel great. Have played two games in them and couldn’t be happier. Love how light they are. Love the feel of the ball with them and the extra traction I seem to get on passes and shots. Love the bit of extra padding on back of the heel. Love that I don’t need extra sports insoles like I have for all my other boots. Plus, they look awesome and I’ve gotten MANY compliments! Think I’ve sold many extra pairs to my teammates 😉

Excellent indoor turf shoes!

I've been very impressed with these shoes. I had to switch to turf shoes after the indoor facility I play at banned cleats. I tried out a pair of Adidas and my feet slid all around and it gave me blisters. I haven't had any issues with my Idas thus far. They fit perfectly, no break in period, and no blisters!

Excellent Turf Cleats!

I really like the fit of these turf cleats! I don't play soccer, but I do play elite level ultimate frisbee and needed to get the "turf" specific cleats for a facility I regularly train at and was totally pulled in by the branding of IDA. Now that I've used these cleats I'm a huge fan. I train in a hot location, so getting white cleats on artificial turf was an absolute must to avoid getting too hot in very hot conditions on very hot turf! They were stiff when I purchased them, but they loosened up and were completely comfortable by the end of my first workout through cutting, agility, plyos and conditioning. I have narrow feet, but like a slightly wider toe box - I found that my feet did not shift or rub. I also wear an ankle brace and these cleats were easy to put on with my ankle brace on (I was initially nervous about that since they were tighter fitting and stiffer when I initially put them on). It makes me want to try the multi-surface / grass cleat too, because of how comfortable and well-fitting these were. Moreover, I ordered a half size up - on the printable sizing sheet, I was between sizes (9.0 and 9.5). Since I wear an ankle brace, I thought that sizing up made sense. They were too wide and too big. I contacted support and they responded immediately and got my return started immediately. Upon shipping the unwanted size back, I received notification that my new replacement pair / correct size was shipped out. Great customer service!
