RUiXU Lithi2-16 51.2V 314Ah LiFePO4 Battery Energy Storage

Hello, The battery is nice however there seems to be an issue with the battery measuring it's own internal temperature. The first battery I bought from you showed 32 degrees no matter what condition and now with both batteries hooked up no temperature is displayed on Solar Assistant. So a little bit of a problem when there should be none for the price I payed for premium UL listed battery. Maybe it is easy fix, do you have any ideas? Thanks.

Lack of communication and tracking was not reliable delivery service was not great but renewable outdoors was amazing we used them 3 different times and will do again great amazing customer service all the way 5 stars for them.
