I was really nervous about switching to formula, both in terms of whether my baby would take to it and how I’d manage ordering and staying stocked. But this product, along with the entire ordering and shipping experience, has been fantastic. I never worry about recalls because Formuland clearly holds itself to very strict guidelines, which gives me real peace of mind. I also had a great customer service experience: I accidentally entered the wrong address for an order, emailed them, and quickly received a response (from a person v. AI ) with my address corrected. They even went a step further and updated it for all future orders. Great product and great service. Highly recommend.
