Rootvana L-Carnitine 4000mg Liquid

My order still has yet to arrive. On September 28th, I was informed via email that the shipment was awaiting carrier pickup. As of this moment, my order is still showing as "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier" I emailed customer support back on October 5th asking about the status of my order - as of now, I have received no reply

Awful customer service just kept sending the same generic email not answering them by a person. I did not receive my items I had to report you to my bank. Will never use you again

Up to now my order is yet to be delivered having been ordered on 8 September 2026. Iam very much dissapointed and I will never order from Rootvana at all as this is a scam
