The box arrived in good time and looked good. initial attempts to set it up failed. I had an error message saying there was no signal. As I had not used the connection for several months my thought was that the dish had a fault. Fortunately I had the old receiver which did work. When I contacted the company I was told that the reason was that the box had been in stock for sometime and needed updating. this was easily achieved and now works fine. The box should have been dispatched in a useable condition. I could easily have spent money on having the dish checked.

Replacement Freesat

This has proved so far to be an excellent replacement for my Freesat box which stopped working after just a couple of years ago. Everything seems to be working like new. And the service I had from Freesat Spares was personal, brilliant, clear and helpful.
