It’s helped my husband get into bed Instead of me trying to pull him to be on on back this lets him sit far enough back he can swing his legs around to get in bed safely

Tolerances on the parts were very good. There was no mention of the vip washers in the instructions, nor of the extra assembly screw and washer.
