Preheat Active - Heat Rub

I love the way this wakes my muscles up. A little goes a long way and as the heat increases my shoulders, calves and knees are good to go! I'll definitely be purchasing again once I've finished this one.

This is my favourite at the moment. It warms up as you work out and afterwards it’s like a warm hug on my hips (where I’m currently hurting!) Love these creams - got the whole set.
