Great craftsmanship

Loved the boots. Sadly, my feet didn't fit this particular mold. However, after seeing the quality and craftsmanship, I'll easily be able rectify my feet a d fit in the right boot.

Good customer service

I ordered a pair of Trail Bosses in size 9. 5 and they were just a hair too small (no store near to try on sizes before purchasing) and customer helped me with exchanging them for the next size up. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the customer service phone number for Dan Post wasn’t easy to find, had to do some digging.
