it's adorable However, the top does not fit well; insecure, easy to knock off, does not settle into the opening tightly And there is no easy way to lift the top in order to place the garlic. This exacerbates the not-fitting-right problem because the top tends to skitter away, risking breaking. I dealt with this by placing a wire through the top's central opening and forming a loop handle. It's not worth sending back. After all, a garlic keeper is just a pot with holes so this will do
