Great product but delay in shipping

The two star rating is for the handling of orders and the delay in shipping. I ordered a sweatshirt and two t shirts Dec 4 - these items did not arrived until a couple Days after Christmas. These were Christmas gifts, I understand it’s a busy time of year but I even called to check on my order and was told they would upgrade the shipping. I don’t think she even happened. The shirts and sweatshirt are great but I wasn’t happy with the shipping delays.
