Custom 3-in-1 Outdoor Research Women's Rain Jacket

I am returning the Custom 3-in-1 Outdoor Research Women’s Rain Jacket (Red, size L) that I purchased on 2/1/2026 because it is defective and unusable. Photos attached. The Velcro closure on the hood does not fasten properly for the following reasons: 1. Both sides of the closure are loop (the soft side). A proper Velcro fastening requires one hook side (the rough, stiff side with tiny hooks) and one loop side (the soft, fuzzy side) 2. Both pieces are stitched onto the outside of the hood flap. The hook side should be attached to the inside flap so the two sides align and secure when fastened. Because of this manufacturing defect, the hood cannot close. I need a shipping address and your chat bot will not reply and will not connect me with a human.
