Great quality, strongly recommend

I love it. We decided to get this backpack so that, in an emergency, we could safely & easily carry out big cat out of our apartment. I'm the meantime we just use it as a normal car carrier. It's really well made &, yet it can easily fold down to store. I agree with an earlier review that another handle to be able to more easily lift it into & out of the car. Also, there magnets don't hold the clasps in the up position terribly well, or I've not figured that out yet. Regardless, it's an excellent product that I would strongly recommend to others.

Great harness & fantastic customer service

I bought two harnesses which ended up being way too big for my boys, Alex was fantastic and understanding, allowing me to exchange for the right sizes. It took the boys a little while to get used to them but now they have no issues moving around in them! They are well made and give me peace of mind that they are secure.

My cat loves it more than the old cage!

We've found this product to be excellent, Mario loves being in the bag, he's a bit like a toddler in a pram, he will only start meowing if I stop moving haha! Very good quality, we love that we can unzip it slightly in the car to offer Mario a treat during longer drives.
