Delicious Ginger
I used this garlic in Gingerbread Biscotti. It was nice and soft and perfectly sugared. I've bought it at a grocery before and they can be very hard, which is not pleasant to use or to snack on. This ginger is also yummy just to eat as treats!

Amazing Ginger!
This is by far the best candied ginger I have ever bought. I should have purchased the larger size, will definitely be purchasing again!
