Is there an easier way to close this? It's hard on the thumbs. It helps with keeping the back straight and holding your posture.

I bought the Waist Cincher to see if it would help me with my posture at work (I sit at a computer for 8 hours a day). From the moment I put it on it has done that very thing. It really makes me more conscientious about how I'm sitting. I'm really pleased with the purchase and wear it every day.

If you are new to wearing corsets & aren't sure if you are ready to do so, I would say start with a latex cincer. They are much more comfortable, as well as "workout friendly". So, this piece of appeal would be great as a starter, or something to supplement between wearing corsets (maybe sleeping, if you have a physically demanding job, the gym, etc..). HOWEVER, what I didn't like about this particular garment is the small hooks. Once you start hooking yourself in, the neighboring hooks seem to unhook! It's quite annoying and you really need to have a sort of system to fully hook yourself up. That is my only criticism.
