When I started perfumery, before I knew better, I didn't think I'd like musks, but as I collected more, I realized just how important and useful they are. Helvetolide is one of the most surprising, as it's highly diffusive, clean, and really works nice in almost anything, but especially anything where you want to enhance or add fruity notes. Even in small doses.
