5 Bike Rack, Stand, & Strut Bundle

Good so Far

This rack does not appear to be a disappointment so far from a manufacturing perspective. It appears solidly built and well-designed. I have not had the opportunity to try it out in the mountain yet because the snow and weather have prevented it. The reason it gets 4 stars is because the video instructions for assembly are not always easy to follow, but we make it through. Additionally, our order had a handful of missing parts which was frustrating as we tried to assemble it. I emailed customer service and after providing pictures of the parts we had left, the partially assembled rack, and a list of the parts the video indicated were missing, they did send another whole box with all the missing parts and more. The problem was rectified, albeit with some delay. Overall happy with the design and quality of the rack and look forward to getting to try it out this summer.

Still in box

I haven’t put it together yet but the shipment and delivery was good.
