The dehumidifier is quiet, but it really doesn’t have enough power to get the humidity to less than than 60%, and the space is under 1,000 sq. Ft. Second, you did not reply to our text message about a missing part. We bought your larger model a few years ago and it is great.

Okay for the price I guess

The drainage tube is too short and the humidity sensor doesn’t seem to work correctly.
