Amazing Customer Support

I had ordered Dutch bio stage three and on the website it said from 12 months but when I received them, it showed from 10 months. I contacted customer support right away and Heidi emailed me back almost instantly and confirmed with HIPP directly and reassured me that it was rebranded and still a current item that was being updated. She reassured me that there was no difference and it was just rebranding for marketing purposes. I have previously ordered stage two and moved onto stage three and my baby loves this product. I’m so happy that it is available in Canada. As we first tried it in Croatia while travelling and then bought more in Germany I will continue to order from organic formula hub. Thank you for your support.
