Customer service is outstanding-- I received the wrong bag (sku issue with the seller) when I reached out the corrected bag was sent immediately and I was "gifted" the incorrect bag!!

I like my navy & whitethe black
I like my navy & white one better than the black. The fabric is better, thicker , looks nicer than the black. The stitching on one strap on black boatkin is coming undone on backside strap where it joins the bag. Otherwise love them, carefeee…sold my Birkin…these are no fuss worry free.
