Card not arrived

The card has not arrived despite opting for DPD next day delivery. Was due 29/10/25 and I am being asked over email by Paper Scene to review the product on 01/11/25. As today is a Saturday, the soonest it will now arrive is 03/11/25 which will be 5 days over the scheduled delivery date. The birthday has now been and gone and no card in sight. Pretty disappointing really.
