Lovely reminder of Japan at Cherry Blossom Best from an excellent company

The necklace itself was exactly as described. It is beautiful. The craftsmanship is very reminiscent of the spirit of excellence we found in Japan generally. I likee the longer chain length, but I am a larger lady. I ordered this pendant on-line from the US because the store was so busy when we visited on vacation. There was a little snag with my order. I was so impressed with the customer service provided by this company, even given the fact that I was ordering internationally! They were very professional in correcting the issue and courteously and persistently stayed with the situation until it was fully resolved. They even took responsiblity for making a mistake! You don't see that often in the states. I will think fondly of both our trip and Kyoto Handicraft Center whenever I wear this lovely pendant. I fully recommend their product and their company.
