comfortable

I bought these to replace another well known brand that created a lot of pain in my toes. I returned those & ordered these. So comforrable. I should have known these would be the best. I have purchased Taos many times before.

Not my favorite Taos

Rugged with great arch support, but very stiff and a bit narrow through the toe box. These are very good quality, but I find them very stiff and difficult to break-in. Also, they seem to pinch my toes together to the point of soreness, maybe even pre-blisters. I wish I had tried them on in a store before buying them on clearance (no returns)

I've had these exact sneakers in a slightly different color for 2 years and they finally wore out so got another pair - super supportive and comfortable. I do wish they had the insole from the canvas casual Lux Plims etc but I just switch that out when I wear these walking the beach and that works.
