Excellent customer service

My dad loves his apron. Customer service was awesome. I bought the apron and was charged but he didn't receive the apron. When I called she had me send her a copy of the payment and it was shipped right out. When we finall y received the original order, I emailed and told her that we got the original and would send it back. Great communication and response.
